In spring 2000, Mitel launched the next generation of communication systems in a converged voice and data network. As head of Marketing for Mitel's IP Business Applications, Gayle Moss was a champion both internally and externally for Mitel's Voice over IP strategy, systems and applications.

With a team of 24 product marketing managers and support specialists, Ms Moss delivered marketing strategies, plans, roadmaps and business cases for Mitel's new IP PBX systems, desktops and applications (e.g. unified messaging, speech recognition, call centres). She lead Mitel's IP Phone portfolio core team, which also included senior representatives from Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and Project Management.
